The ARX High Security Fence is the premier anti-climb fence system and is trusted by federal and local law enforcement agencies to succeed in their mission.   This [anti climb fence system](https://arxperimeters.com/arx-rentals/high-security-fence-rental/) is a rapidly deployable security fence and part of our rental fleet of perimeter security solutions.  The ARX Fence is designed to keep out unauthorized personnel from a restricted area. ## What are some of the specs of the ARX High Security Fence? This security fence stands at 8 feet high and 4 feet wide with the option to extend up to 12 or 16 feet with the base sitting at 4 feet wide giving it great stability and prevents would be intruders from pushing over the fence. ARX Fence is 100 percent surface mounted and is securely attached to steel posts and then covered with special security bolts to prevent people from lifting the fence panels from the posts. Made from 3-5-8 wire mesh, this anti-climb fence is designed to deny and deter intruders from climbing or cutting their way into your secure area and is galvanized to give it that clean rust free appearance.  [Click here to download the brochure.](https://arxperimeters.com/arx-rentals/high-security-fence-rental/#brochure) ## How does the ARX Fence stand out against other options? One important feature of this system is the enclosed posts based.  This prevents potential for a terrorist to insert an explosive device into the fence. ARX has also developed modular vehicle gates for areas where authorized vehicles like police, fire, and EMS need to have access.  For extra security measures, the ARX Fence comes fitted to incorporate razor or barbed wire on the top of the fence. ## Where has the ARX Fence been deployed? The security fence system is designed to be setup quickly, prevent unauthorized access, and provide confidence to security personnel inside and outide of the fence.  Creating a [hard perimeter for political conventions](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/the-importance-of-creating-a-hard-perimeter-for-political-events) is just one example for a common application for the fence system.  ARX Fence has been deployed at [major political](https://arxperimeters.com/projects/nato-summit-2024) events like: - The NATO 2024 Summit - DNC Convention - 2021 Presidential Inauguration - 2024 Presidential Debates The ARX Fence has also been deployed for major high profile court cases to protect courthouses across the country.  ## When should a temporary anti climb fence be deployed? We have seen a rise in civil unrest and other like situations that deem the necessity for an anti climb system.  These fence systems not only keep unauthorized persons from accessing a restricted area, they also protect your personnel, property, attendees at an event, and create a visual deterrent. Here are some examples for when you might consider an anti climb fence system:  - Planned or unplanned protests - Hosting a music or sporting event - In need of a temporary detention center - Protecting a construction site from theft - Looking for a temporary solution to keep a restricted area secure ## Conclusion When you are looking to create a hard perimeter, consider a [high security fence solution](https://arxperimeters.com/arx-rentals/high-security-fence-rental/) that will keep your secured area...secure.  Our high security fence system is a trusted solutions for local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as well as public works and private entities.   If you are interested the the ARX High Security Fence reach out to me at [info@arxperimeters.com](mailto:info@arxperimeters.com) or learn more by [visiting our product page here](https://arxperimeters.com/arx-rentals/high-security-fence-rental/).   ### Related articles [![](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/hubfs/DSC02027.jpg)](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/from-perimeter-protection-to-complete-site-security-how-arx-became-the-leader) ### [From Perimeter Protection To Complete Site Security: How ARX Became The Leader](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/from-perimeter-protection-to-complete-site-security-how-arx-became-the-leader) Carson Schenk | Aug 12, 2025 8:11:15 AM [Read More](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/from-perimeter-protection-to-complete-site-security-how-arx-became-the-leader) [![](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/hubfs/NATO-Spring-Session-Protestors.png)](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/the-5-ds-of-perimeter-security-why-every-city-hosted-event-needs-them) ### [The 5 “D’s” of Perimeter Security: Why Every City-Hosted Event Needs Them ](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/the-5-ds-of-perimeter-security-why-every-city-hosted-event-needs-them) Chase Tobin | Jul 29, 2025 6:42:59 AM [Read More](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/the-5-ds-of-perimeter-security-why-every-city-hosted-event-needs-them) [![](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/hubfs/ARX%20Fence%20Construction%20Site.jpeg)](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/before-servers-go-in-deploy-perimeter-security-assets-at-data-centers) ### [Before Servers Go In - Deploy Perimeter Security Assets At Data Centers](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/before-servers-go-in-deploy-perimeter-security-assets-at-data-centers) Carson Schenk | Apr 23, 2025 7:58:50 AM [Read More](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/before-servers-go-in-deploy-perimeter-security-assets-at-data-centers) ### More about the author ![](https://blog.arxperimeters.com/hubfs/Chase%20Headshot.jpeg) #### Chase Tobin Chase Tobin is the National Sales Manager for Law Enforcement, Security & Force Protection; serving local and state law enforcement, government facilities and commercial entities focused on force protection.
